• Set tripod to point at Polaris.
• Level tripod with scope attached to wedge.
• Point fork arms as close to Polaris as possible.
• Re-ckeck bubble level on tripod.
• Make sure latitude setting is correct on wedge.
• Set R.A. to 00 (line up tick marks).
• Set Dec. to 0º (use setting circle).
• Make sure scope is in "Polar" mode.
• Turn scope on and let it "Fix."
• After fix, press mode to cancel out of "align."
• Slew to object (ie., Jupiter) manually using control pad and center object in eyepiece.
• Find object in database. Press enter. "Sync" on object.
